Jocelyne Bourgon to Present at CAPAM Biennial Conference

October 24th, Jocelyne Bourgon, Project Leader of the New Synthesis Project, will deliver a keynote speech at the Commonwealth Association for Public Administration and Management’s 2012 Biennial Conference in New Delhi, India. She will present on the theme of the conference, A Public Service Fit for the Future.
